Part of our warm up series includes stationary ball handling before we build movement and combo’s onto what we did at the stationary portion. The emphasis, one coined by Phil Beckner, is body ball movement. As we change directions, does the ball move with our body or does the body move with the ball? I’m looking for height of handle, chest, chin and eyes up, and big forceful moves with the ball. #CoachToLead #SkillDevelopment
