1. Body ball movement
2. Low shoulder to initiate the contact with the defenders chest
We work through all 4 of our core finishes during the drill.
1. Extended Finish (eyes and chin up, extend the elbow and run through the rim)
2. Same Foot Same Hand (throw off shot blockers timing)
3. Power Finish (2 feet, under control, avoid the charge)
4. Reverse (use the rim as protection, finish wide hand or inside hand).
