The Warriors go to the split action when the ball enters the post. With Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson as knock down shooters, the split becomes very difficult to defend. If the defender IS NOT between Klay and the hoop when entering the split, his read becomes a cut to the hoop. If the defender maintains his position between Klay and the hoop, the split read becomes over the top as a shooter. The screener can be the diver.
